12:45 pm:There’sstill some size out therefor your midday report, withchanging conditions as rain storms move inthroughout the day. The waves look to be in the2 to 3 foot range, with okay conditions as our local winds blowing out of theNNW @ 13 knots. There’smore texture and drift than early this morningthanks to those onshore winds. The waves are in the thigh to waist high or so range, looking pretty disorganized at report time. There’s still swell in the water with our local buoy currently reading 3.9 feet @ 11 seconds, but I would say your best bet is to keep your eyes peeled for the wind to possibly switch lighter if we have another rain storm push through this afternoon.
