    Reporter:  T. Strange
    Surf Report comments:
7:25 am: Similar sized surf to this time yesterday.  But much better form .  Wave size@ 2 to occasionally 3 feet  It’s semi-glassy with the wind very light and variable early this morning       Our local buoy the early wave height reading is 4.3 feet at 8 seconds down slightly from yesterdays 5.2 feet at 9 seconds .     The marine forecast is calling for SW winds today.  The water temperature is measured at 59.4 degrees at The Pier this morning.   See the ocean live by viewing The Surf Station Cam Page here.

8:00 am:  Early morning photos are up and posted and you can see we have waves for your Saturday.   Wave size looks thigh to waist high, occasionally a little larger.   Lumpy and not real organized , but it has cleaned up from yesterdays super mixed up conditions.   Now, if the wind comes up a little SW as forecast, it could clean up further, which is good news
